I nominate Jeffrey Kwong for helpful because he has put a lot of work into aphio. He is always there to help somebody who is in need and always doing service. He seems like a lazy person just by looking at him but he is pretty active in terms of doing community work. Another reason why he is good for being helpful is because he has done a lot of work for the chapter. He was one of the few who planned the pledge retreat for the Luong term. Without his help it may have not ran so smoothly. He is also in the Risk management commitee and he makes sure everything is followed according to plan. He also is the pledge trainer of group eleven and helps his trainees however he can. He has won the Helping Hand award which is pledge award given to the most helpful pledge during when he was pledging. He has won the Vigorous Sapling and Sturdy Oak awards given by the chapter for doubling his requirements. People know him as the serious and mean guy because the only time people see him is when he talks about risk management. Although he is not known very well compared to the excomm, I would like to take this opportunity to show you that he’s the very opposite of mean. He is goofy and not serious, and especially very helpful.
