Hello there!
First of all, we just wanted to say thank you for writing to us. We really appreciate it! Second of all, we’re really glad that you are thinking about coming back. Motivation is a wonderful thing! Firstly, don’t be afraid that you don’t know anybody. That’s what APhiO is about, meeting new people and connecting with them. Trust us, we have yet to meet more people too…there are so many people and new pledges that we haven’t met yet! With a new term, anonymity isn’t such a bad thing now, is it? There are plenty of people who don’t know anybody. Don’t stress, it’ll be alright :)
It can definitely be scary to come out to events solo, but rest assured, we are here for you! :D Really. Come find us at events, MUGA, or wherever. We’re definitely around. We can chat, introduce you to people, update you on current events, and help you get back into the swing of things. We’re friendly people, so don’t be scared.
Although we have to keep some of our surprises under wraps for now, some things we can say are that we definitely want to stress brotherhood and iPhi spirit this quarter through fellowship, active/pledge recognition, fun & games, videos, crafts…and oh…did we mention that you might not want to skip out on your birthday? Trust us…it is definitely a “treat” to celebrate a birthday this term, if you catch our drift… ;D We have a lot in store for this term, so you don’t want to miss out! But the only way that you’re going to find out what we have to offer is if you come out to meetings & events. If you need anything, rest assured that we are ALWAYS here for you :)
